Thank you for visiting and shopping at Create Art, Party for Kids.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing time

All craft kit orders are processed within 3 business days.  Parties in a Box larger than 4 pieces are processed in 3-5 days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a rush order please let us know and will do the best we can to expedite order. 

I will accept returns or exchanges on non-personalized items.

Please Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it right

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food, plants or flowers)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping rates and delivery

Cost of shipping when be calculated automatically at checkout.  Cost will be determined by weight, size of box and distance product is traveling.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
